Over the past five years we’ve had success in single family and small multi family investing where we’ve done over 100 deals. We’re now focusing the majority of our attention on self storage facilities. Although we’re still learning, we’re confident in our strategy and skill set.
Frank and John are West Point classmates and former Army Football team captains. John and Adam worked together in the Army. Together we’re a high character, competitive, and hard working team.
Frank is a full time real-estate professional and partner with Gray Line Investments. Frank is passionate about helping others and running an amazing company. He has two young daughters and a beautiful wife. He enjoys golf and is native of Bethpage, NY.
John is a US Army Major, transitioning off active duty and into full time real-estate investing. He is the other partner of Gray Line Investments. John is passionate about high performance and building a strong team. He has four young sons and is married to his high school sweetheart. John is an avid reader and enjoys cooking and mountain biking is his spare time.
Adam is a US Army Sergeant First Class, transitioning off active duty as a recruiter and into full time real-estate investing. He has been with Gray Line Investments since the beginning. He started as the Acquisitions Manager and now overseas all single family activities. Adam is passionate about sales and leadership. He has two young sons and an awesome wife. Adam loves learning, spending time with his family, and the Green Bay Packers.
